Summary Introduction

To think critically about:

The disadvantages in the teams at H's apparel designers and the strategies adopted by the managers to eliminate these disadvantages.

Introduction:

H's became a niche market position in a very short period where they sold innovative and fashionable outerwear like mountaineering and so on. It was a massive trend innovator which was found in 2002 by the white collar snowboarder M.LB. H's outerwear such as snow pants and jackets have distinctive attribute such as leather covered snaps, where the materials may seem fashionable but are also quality in performance. The garments they produce are also respectable for its durability and utility without only being good for its fashion. The company believes that being trendy will add value so due to this the organization is cautious about the fashion designs it applies.
