Program plan:

• Include necessary header files.
• Define a class “FollowMeApplet”.
  • Initialize the necessary variables.
  • Define a method “init()”.
    • Declare a method “addMouseMotionListener()”.
  • Define a method “paint()” to present  a component on the display.
    • Call the method “paint()” using the keyword “super”.
      • Call the method “drawstring()” using the object “g” to draw a string “Hello”.
• Define a class “moves”.
  • Define a method “mouseMoved()” to follow the mouse cursor.
    • Call the method “getX()” and assign the result in the variable “x”.
    • Call the method “getY()” and assign the result in the variable “y”.
    • Call the method “repaint()”to clear the surface of the components and then calls the “paint()” method.
  • Define a method “mouseDragged()” to drag the word followed by the mouse cursor.
