Introduction:

It was found in research that on average an individual receives 112 mails which accounts to nearly 14 emails per hour. Out of these emails, almost half of them were considered useless affecting the productivity of the employees. This has alarmed the management and the employees of the concerned organization/organizations. In order to cut back at this situation, the organizations are now focusing on developing internal mediums of communication in which the employees of the organization can communicate in an effective manner by the very medium of these networks. This has been made possible with the advantage the social networking websites offer and thus the employees are advised to use Facebook and Twitter to ensure effective communication in a speedy manner.
