Introduction:
JR is a co-founder and the President of the organization A, which is involved in developing games. She found that her employees and she herself were engaged in putting down the emails in the inbox ahead all other things being worked on. She thus decided only to check her email for four times a day and to further turn off the notification of her email.
In another case, Tan executive of WS which is a global public relations company had spent over a year to prepare his employees to “wean” the email systems. Thus, his goal was to dramatically reduce the email which employees send and receive. For this, he established the firm’s interoffice communication system to develop an internal social network for the communication process. In yet another case Thierry Breton is the head of one of Europe’s largest IT firm - Atos. This company announced a policy of zero-email which was to be replaced with services such as Facebook and Twitter.
