Introduction:
Spinal nerves originate from the spinal cord of the central nervous system. 31 pairs of spinal nerves exist which are named on the basis of the region of the vertebral column they originate from. A spinal nerve is regarded as a mixed nerve carrying motor, sensory as well as autonomic signals.
