Program Plan Intro

Disintermediation:

In disintermediation, the seller directly sells the products to their customers. Example: One invests money directly in the markets rather than via banks.

Reintermediation:

In Reintermediation, stages are inserted to the supply chain. The major difference between disintermediation and reintermediation is the former eliminates intermediaries while the later adds new elements to the value chain.

Cybermediation:

It creates new types of intermediaries. It tells them about the impact of new communication technologies, benefits and risks involved in it.
