Presenting always goes hand in hand with communication. When presenting the talk to the audience the presenter should be well prepared, planed and should know the purpose of the presenting. Most of the people are tensed and nervous before and while doing the presenting which will affect the presenting and the clarity of the talk. When it comes to talking to friends and colleagues we are very familiar with them and they know us personally and they know who you are. Therefore, it is very easy to present and maintain the reputation too.
