Communication is the weapon that can make as well as break an organization's effectiveness. Just think about the times when we misunderstood an oral or written communication. Most likely, we even, without thinking start to pass that message to others, by just believing it to be correct and appropriate. However, then too many people received an incorrect message and this happens quite often. This can also hurt someone's interests like products may be manufactured in wrong way or even be cancelled by mistake.
