Chapter 13, Problem 41RQE
Program Plan Intro
Pseudocode definition:
- It is the informal, text based description of the operations in the program or an
algorithm . - The main purpose to design a pseudocode is that the human studying the code must understand it. It also is platform independent which makes it more convincing.
- It includes the structural details of normal
programming language but excludes the details required to make it understandable by machine rather it focuses on making it understandable by humans. - It is used in books which deals with algorithm design and also becomes the basic structure while developing a computer program.
- While writing a pseudocode it is necessary that the statements which are dependent on each other should be indented.

input files are random numbers
Use pseudocode to design a program that opens an output file with the external name my_name.dat, writes your name to the file, and then closes the file.
Python
The program should open a specified text file, read its contents, then use the dictionary to writean encrypted version of the file’s contents to a second file. Each character in the second file should contain the code for the corresponding character in the first file.
Your program contains both encryption AND decryption functions. Please do not put them in separate programs.
Your program provides a MENU that offers the user a choice to encrypt or decrypt the file and call the respective function.
Your encoder function will use the Caesar Ciphe to translate the file
Your encoder function will first convert all input characters to upper case. This means that the output of encrypted text should be in CAPITALS. You must use a string method to convert!
Your implementation must use a dictionary
Your implementation must use string methods for converting case
