• Import necessary packages.
• Create a class “ImageViewer”,
  • Define “main()” function,
    • Create object for “JFrame”.
    • Set the operation for the button when it is pressed.
    • Set the frame size.
    • Set the layout for frame.
    • Create object for button.
    • Add a button to the frame.
    • Create a label.
    • Add a label to the frame.
    • Define and add the action listener to the button,
      • Define the method “actionPerformed()”,
        • Create object for “JFileChooser” class.
        • Check whether the value for file chooser dialog and “APPROVE_OPTION” is same,
        • • Create object for “Image” class in “try” block,
          • Get the value return from conditional statement.
          • Check whether the value is less than “1”, assign another value.
          • Set the image icon into the label.
          • Print the value.
        • Execute “catch” block if exception found in “try” block.
    • Make a frame visible.
