They are possible obligation that might arise or might not arise based on the future events. It is otherwise called as probable liability or eventual liability. Following are examples of contingencies:

- Debt guarantees

The Company believes that there are no compliance issues associated with applicable environmental
laws and regulations that would have a material adverse effect on the Company. The Company is also
