In 1968, Jane Elliott a second-grade teacher tried to teach a lesson to her students regarding prejudice and discrimination. She divided her students into two group on the basis of their eye colors such as brown and blue eyed. On the first day of the lesson she gave special privileges to one group and after two days she gave the same privileges to other groups. Later she observed the change in the behavior of students.
