Iron (Fe) is a critical element which require for several cellular functions as oxygen transferring. Iron deficiency is believed to be the most common nutritional disorder in the world. On the other hand accumulation of excess level of iron in the body can lead to damages in liver, heart, pancreas & other organs. Therefore there is an organized mechanism in the body to prevent the excessive accumulation of iron.
