JFrame:
- The JFrame is a class of Swing package. That is, the JFrame includes in “javax.swing”.
- The JFrame is extended by “java.awt.frame”.
- The JFrame is a top level window. It has border and a title bar.
- The JFrame class has many methods that are used to customize the window.
“pack()” method:
- The pack method sizes the frame so that their component gets their preferred size or above their preferred size.
- Pack method is preferable than “setSize()” method. Because, this method leaves the layout manager to set the frame size.
- The layout manager is good at changing the size of components according to platform dependencies and other factors that are affecting the component size.
- Syntax of the pack method is given below,
