The expression describing the equilibrium constant for a reversible reaction should be provided.

- The rate of a given reaction i.e. the measure of how fast reactants get converted into products depends on various physical and chemical parameters.
- A system is referred to be in a state of equilibrium if the
rate of forward reaction equals the rate of the reverse reaction. - A system at equilibrium is characterized by the equilibrium constant which depends on the concentrations of the reactants and products.
