Immunity is a protective response of our body, which helps us to kill the invading pathogens. There two types of immune responses in our body: innate and adaptive. Innate immunity is present from the time of birth. Adaptive immunity is the type of immunity, which develops with time and is a specific and specialized response to a particular pathogen.
