Creatine kinase is an enzyme which converts creatine to phosphocreatine and ADP, by utilizing ATP.Afterward, ADP and phosphocreatine undergo reaction to regenerate ATP with the help of the same enzyme.This enzyme is stored in muscle cells, and brain cells. People take creatine as a diet supplement during their workout times.
