To evaluate: The meaning and purpose of strike.
Explanation of Solution
Striking is the most basic way employees can show their determination and temporary control over the employer in a society where wealth inequality governs the job market and job relations. Through momentarily stopping labor strikes, the entire decision-making structure is questioned, which defines the allocation of wages and income within society.
Striking is a last resort but also the only option to secure the staff. To stop being at the mercy of employers altogether, giving more of a worker-employer balance. Without it, governments will eventually prohibit labor action and prosecute people who dare strike.
Some protests include over wages and better working conditions. Corporations will be able to make greater profits without the threat of strike action, though working conditions will get worse.
Introduction: A strike is a temporary work stoppage to impose a claim or preserve a right. A strike is also caused by the refusal of the employees to work.
