Labor union: Labor unions are formed so as to get the increased wages and the benefits regarding the job in the industry along with the healthy environment to work in with job security.
The reason behind so many workers belonging to unions from the local government is that the government has made it compulsory for the employers to join the labor unions & have asked them to recognize it as a law & participate in the “mandatory collective bargaining.” Unions are an important part of the system which helps in setting the standards for various aspects for rights of the workers considering their wages and quality of life so that more protection can be provided to the workers.
