Interpretation:

The structure of nine isomers of $C_7{H}_{16}$ and their IUPAC names has to be written.

Isomer:

The compound with the same molecular format but different structural formula is called Isomer.

IUPAC naming for Alkane:

International Union of pure and applied chemistry has formulated general rules for nomenclature of organic compounds.

Systematic name of chemical should contain 4 essential parts.

Prefix: To specify the location and identity of various substituent groups in the molecule.

Locant: To specify the location of the primary functional group.

Parent: To specify the main part of the molecule with the number of carbon atoms.

Suffix:  To specify the primary functional group.
