Currently it caters to its customer across the country through its single distribution center located in Belcamp. Anticipating the increased orders and future growth, SE constituted an internal team and external consultants to understand the options for the distribution strategy – whether to have a new warehouse in a new location, have a second warehouse in addition to the existing one or continuing with the sole Belcamp facility alone.
To determine: The process utilized for distribution site location by SE are suitable for determining distribution strategy in a global level.
