How does torque differ from force?
To explain: The difference between torque and force.
Explanation of Solution
Introduction:
Force is push or pull given to the object. Due to torque object rotate or turn.
Force changes motion of an object. Torque is applied on object then rotation of an object takes place. When torque is applied by a turning force which produce rotational acceleration of an object. Torque makes object turn or rotate.
The unit of forces is Newton and the unit of torque is Newton meters.
Conclusion:
The torque is turning force which rotates or turn object.
