Hypertension is a chronic condition in which the blood pressure exerted on the wall of the arteries is constantly elevated. There are many factors that can contribute to hypertension such as age, genetics, salt intake, dietary factor, obesity, and alcohol consumption. Generally, there are no symptoms of hypertension, it can only be confirmed after recurring hypertension diagnosis.
