Introduction:
Muscular dystrophyis a cluster of diseases that cause progressive weakness and loss ofmusclemass. In muscular dystrophy, abnormal genes interfere with the production of proteins which required to make healthy muscles. Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD) is a most common type of disease of Muscular dystrophy. Dystrophin is one of a group of proteins that is responsible for strengthen muscle fibers and protect them from injury as muscles contract and relax.
