Concept introduction: Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate hydrogen (NADPH) and adenosine triphosphate (ATP) that are produced from the light reaction are utilized in the Calvin cycle. The adenosine diphosphate (ADP) and nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADP+) produced from the Calvin cycle return to the light reaction for reutilization.
