Introduction:
The nervous system consists of two components - central nervous system (brain and spinal cord) and peripheral nervous system. The peripheral nervous system connects the CNS to all parts of the body. The peripheral nervous system divided as somatic and autonomic nervous system. The somatic motor system functions under voluntary control by the sensory (afferent nerve) and motor nerves (efferent nerve) that innervates the skeletal muscle.
