Explanation of Solution
“cstring” header file:
The C++ library contains many functions for handling C-strings. The “cstring” header file must be included for string functions. It is used to test and manipulate the function.
The “strlen” and “strcpy” functions must need “cstring” header file to manipulate and test the C-strings.
strlen – it return the full length of the string.
strcpy – it copy the content from one string to another string.
“strlen” function:
The C-string class library function contains many string predefined function. The “strlen” is the one of the function, it accepts an argument as a string type and returns the full length of the string but it will not include the null character (‘\0’)...

- A string is passed as argument to a function named hS, the function also returns a string which is the first half of the string given as argument, i.e. from index 0 to l/2 where l is the length of the string.
