Introduction:
A snowmobile is actually a motor sledge or a snowscooter which is a motorized vehicle and is used for winter travel for amusement in snow parks. The vehicle is designed to operate on snow or ice and can be driven in open terrains or trails. Many people have taken snowmobile as a hobby.
Along with amusement, snowmobiles pose a risk to the younger children and also adults. Due to fall or overturn of snowmobiles, serious head injuries occur which leads to mortality of children. Many children have been injured by snowmobiles.
Owing to this fact, a policy can be suggested which is fair to both parties who are for and against the use of snowmobiles. A graduate license program can be recommended for children of 16 years of age and older. A helmet has to be a mandatory rule for everyone who rides snowmobiles. These two suggestions can be included as a fair policy.

Hence, the above mentioned suggestions can be proposed as a policy that seems fair to both groups for the use of snowmobiles in a state park.
