Introduction: Variation is the inheritable and permanent change in the structure of chromosomes. Evolution of species is a very complex procedure, as mutations are selected by natural selection in different environmental conditions. Variation also leads to diversity within species, within the genome, or within a single gene. Parthenogenetic species are those species that can produce both male and female gametes.
