Interpretation Introduction

Interpretation:

Fraction of molecules in R form when 1, 2, 3, and 4 ligands are bound should be determined.

Concept introduction:

The concerted model of allosteric transition suggests the bonding of the ligand molecules to the enzyme. It suggests that there are 2 main states, tensed and relaxed state. In tensed state, no molecule is bound to the enzyme and in relaxed state, all the molecules are bound to the enzyme.
