To compare: The relative advantages and disadvantages of light and electron microscopy.
Introduction: Microscope is an instrument used to observe minute organisms that are invisible to the naked eyes. Researcher Anton von Leeuwenhoek devised the first microscope and later several modifications were made to improve their resolution and magnification. In the present day, state-of-the-art microscopes are available. The most commonly used microscopes are light microscope and electron microscope. Light microscope uses visible spectrum of light as a light source and electron microscope use electron beam to view the objects.
To suggest: The best microscope to observe a living skin cell, yeast mitochondrion, bacterium, and a microtubule.
Introduction: Microscope is an instrument used to observe minute organisms that are invisible to the naked eyes. In the present day, a number of types of microscope instruments are available providing a range of resolution, magnification, and applicability.
