Concept Introduction: Decision making decides what we are going to do, how we can be achieve and who can complete the work.There are the three level in the hierarchy of decision making i.e. strategic level, tactical level and implementation level. Strategic helps to build organization by introducing new product and objectives. In strategic level, we take decision for long term program and introduce new product for the customer. In Tactical decision making, decision make take decision for short term program and manage information system which helps to arrange workflow as well as procurement of resources.
