Introduction:
Most of the organization follows a rigid organization structure in which the distribution of authority takes place from top to bottom, but in the holacracy approach delegation of authority takes place within the group in which each person has its own power and treats itself as an entrepreneur.
The holacracy is a radical "self-governing" operating organization where there are no job titles, no managers, and no hierarchy. It consists of different circles and employees have any no of roles inside these circles. In this way, the employees are not hiding under any titles and the main goal is the transparency.
