Write a speech introducing another speaker. In business situations, not many people do this right, so it is a good technique to learn. In a gist, the introduction should include information about the speaker, what the speaker will talk about, and why the speech will be important.

Expert Solution
Step 1

The biggest mistake that a business person or a speaker do is that they never give a proper introduction of themselves or the topic in which they are going to deliver the speech and that the mistake the make the audience get distracted and thus business fail to attract audience toward them.

It is necessary that the introduction should  grab the attention of the audience and audience attention remain the same for the entire speech.

And other than that when there are more than one speaker for the speech than it is the responsibility of the previous speaker to introduce the next speaker before he / she hand over the session to another speaker so that audience will get to know that another speaker will deliver the rest of the speech and even it us also important for the audience to know who is the next speaker thus it is the part of previous speaker to always introduce the new speaker and the topic he will deliver .
