Given, d = 4 cm = 0.04 m

            q= - 16.5 nC = -16.5×10^-9 C

            q2 =  27.5 nC = 27.5×10^-9 C

            k = 9×10^9

For charge q1 the potential at A is

     V1= kq1/d

For charge q2 the potential at A is

     V2= kq2/d

Net potential at A is  V =V1 + V2

    = k(q1-q2)/d

    = 9×10^9 ×(-16.5+27.5)×10^-9/.04

    = 2475 V

    = 2.47 kV
