Having trouble finding the Services Codes and ICD-10-CM DX Codes. Can someone help me answer this question. this book is 2019/2020 the next step advanced medical coding and auditing. Case 12-18 Electroencephalogram Report

Patient: Reed Tolbert
Requesting Physician: Ronald Green, MD
Indication: Convulsions
Physician: Timothy Pleasant, MD
The patient was drowsy and asleep during much of his bedside EEG (electroencephalogram). The recording was requested for follow-up of a seizure, which occured 2 months ago.

While the patient was awake, the background activity was somewhat poorly organized and consisted of varying mixtures of 15-16 Hz beta and some 8-10 Hz alpha, with amplitudes of 25-35 uV.
Stages I and II sleep were observed, vertex waves and sleep spindles appear normal.
Hyperventilation and photic stimulation were not performed.
IMPRESSION: This is a minimally abnormal EEG because of somewhat poor organization of the background while the patient was awake. No epileptogenic activity was seen.
