Sarin is a chemical gas that is made by humans. In the 1930s (1937 in Germany) it was used in warfare to attack the enemies. It is a colorless, odorless gas. 

It is a toxic nerve agent, that attacks nerves and nerves innervating smooth muscle mostly. 

It causes paralysis of these muscles and leads to death. Based on the dosage level the symptoms and effects vary in humans.
