Kim Paton posted May 8, 2025 11:42 AM Subscribe Good morning! For this week's post I selected employee satisfaction from Hawkes. The link for these statistics is below for your review. The 2 quantitative variables I have selected are the employee satisfaction score and evaluation score. The statistics show that this not an ideal work environment. The X variable will be the evaluation score because of the range of scores. The Y variable will be the employee satisfaction score. In my opinion putting satisfaction on the Y axis will highlight the correlation I expect. I expect that the scatter box will not be scattered at all and there will be a direct correlation between evaluation scores and job satisfaction. The scatter points will be tight. Employee satisfaction directly correlates to performance, thereby directly correlating to evaluation scores. PEER REPLY 1: Choose a classmate's Main Post. 1. Indicate a range of values for the independent variable (x) that is reasonable based on the data provided. 2. Explain what the predicted range of dependent values should be based on the range of independent values.
