From the above given IR spectras, the most distinguishable will be that of alcohol.
Alcohols form the intermolecular as well as intramolecular H-bonding due to which they give a broad peak of O-H stretch near the 3600 cm-1 region.
The second spectra clearly shows a broad peak near 3600 cm-1 for the corresponding alcohols.
As evident from the spectra, there is no C=C stretch band, so this is the cyclic alcohol.
The frequency near 2900-3000 cm-1 belong to C-H stretches.
