Mr.Ahmed is HR manager at XYZ Company for more than ten years. Mr.Ahmed has four employees who do different tasks at the HR department. For example, Ms. Fatema is responsible for training and development function; she has to communicate with all departments at the Company to identify and analyze the training and development needs for the employees. Mr.Issa is responsible for hiring process such as preparing HR planning, developing recruitment analysis and preparing for the selection assessments. Mr. Issa has some issues in doing the tasks and always the manager (Mr.Ahmed) is not happy with Mr.Issa’s work. Thus, Mr.Ahmed most of the times supervise and guide Issa on how the tasks should be done. In order to increase the productivity of Issa’s work, Mr.Ahmed always motivate Issa by giving him bounces whenever he did a good work.
