In the third compound a carbonyl group is present and the carbonyl group stretching frequency range is around 1700 cm-1 , but in the spectrum we see that there is no peak at around 1700 cm-1. So spectrum is not represent 3rd structure .
In the last compound that is the fourth compound there is alkyne is present that is C triple bond C , the stretching frequency of C triple bond C is around 2200 cm-1 but in the spectrum there is no peak at around 2200cm-1
So spectrum is not represent 4th i.e. last structure .
The O-H streatching frequency appears at around 3000 cm-1 and broad spectrum is observed, and the C-H stretching is observed at arround 2800-3000 cm-1 .
