Immunology question: Using cytometry to stain a lymph node sample from a patient having a bacterial infection with a green fluorescent labeled anti-MHC I antibody and a red fluorescent-labeled anti-B7 antibody, what are the cells that are in each quadrant of the cytometry plot? Note that the upper left is high in red and no green, the upper right is high red and high green, the lower left is none of red nor green, lower right is only high green.  My personal understanding Is: UL: None: since there are no cells express B7 in lymph nodes without being APC. UR: Activated antigen-presenting cells LL: None APC cells including T cells, FDC; pathogens, etc. LR: Non-activated APC cells. (Question, does all cells express MHC I ? if that's the case there should be a lot more)
