Question
i have been having trouble with these type of equations. I don’t understand how you solve them. I copied an answer from one of my HW assignments in which they have the step by step to get your answer, but again i don’t really understand how they are able to get to that conclusion. Im not sure if they multiple, add, subtract, etc. I think the (x) is where i really get confused, for example
(3x+5) most of the time it equals to a higher number and im not sure what type of way you’re supposed to solve these type of problems. If someone can help me understand in a detailed way how you get the answers for these equations it’d be so much helpful!!
