How did differences in Indian (aka Native American) cultures affect their interactions with
Europeans? Please discuss at least three different Indian cultures (Aztec, Algonquin, Pueblo,
Cherokee, Taino, et cetera)
The colonization of the Americas began during the late 15th century and the early 16th century, wherein different European powers claimed territories in the Americas and established settlements and governments over there. The process started with the arrival of Spanish and Portuguese explorers, like Christopher Columbus. Over the period to follow, other European powers like France, Holland, and Britain established their colonies in the Americas as well.
Colonization led to social interactions and exchanges between Native Americans and Europeans, which were impacted by the differences in culture.
