The fourth Amendment protects the privacy of US citizens from unlawful searches and seizures by the government. The due procedure clause of the Fourteenth Amendment protects the people from the deprivation of life, property, and liberty. The ninth Amendment protects the privacy of the people that are explicitly listed in the constitution but protected by it.
