Expert Solution
Step 1: Introducing the Kubler-Ross model

The Kubler-Ross model which is also known as the 'Five stages of grief' was first conceptualized by Elizabeth Kubler-Ross.

Grief is an unavoidable and inevitable part of human life. Grief is a response to any form of loss. Humans experience grief when they lose their loved ones due to death, divorce or separation or due to any other type of loss like termination of job, etc.

Kubler-Ross introduced a model of grief. She described that there are 5 stages of grief through which an individual generally passes. These include Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression and Acceptance.
