Boiling point of any molecule depends on 2 things ( in the same priority order as they are mentioned)

1) The strength of inter-molecular forces between the molecules.

2) Molar mass or surface area of the molecules.

Since stronger is the inter-molecular forces between the molecules, more will be the energy required to break the inter-molecular forces.

Hence more will be the boiling point of the molecule.

Similarly more is the mass of the compound, more will be the energy required to boil. 

Hence more will be the boiling point of the compound.
