Step 1 Introduction

Absorption spectroscopy is a spectroscopic method that measure the absorption of radiation by the sample. When radiation of range of wavelength passed through any sample solution and at particular wavelength shows maximum absorption.

The concentration of solution can be calculated using the Beer's Lambert's Law. It states that the Absorbance of a sample solution is directly proportional to the concentration of that sample. So, it enables us to calculate the concentration of a solution using its absorbance.

LDH enzyme catalyzes the conversion of lactate to pyruvate with conversion of NAD⁺ to NADH and also pyruvate to lactate, by conversion of NADH to NAD+. LDH works by the transfer of a hydride from one molecule to another.
