The conductor is CAA Drake (it's radius is 0.0462 ft), the line length is about 175 miles and the normal operation voltage is 220kV at 60 Hz. Also consider that the conductors signaled as "AB" are 12 meter away from the earth.
Determine the total capacitive reactance of the line considering the Earth Effect.
