Expert Solution
Step 1 Introduction on Antigen and antibody:

Antibodies are also called immunoglobulins and they are Y shaped molecules. These are proteins generated by the body that help fight against foreign substances are called antigens. An antigen can be any substance that stimulates the immune system to produce antibodies. It can be bacteria, viruses, or fungi that cause infection and disease. Generally antigens can proteins, can also be lipids, carbohydrates or nucleic acids. Antibodies are usually proteins. Antigens triggers the formation of antibodies. The variable sites of antibodies has the antigen binding site and the region of the antigen that interacts with the antibodies is called epitopes. The variable region that binds to the epitope is called paratope.
